I. Incoming Inspection

1.  Environmental protection inspection: Goleader owns independent chemistry test room, in where   the inspection on Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHS), AZO, lead, cadmium, mercury, chromium and Cr. can be made to see whether they can meet environmental protection requirements; UV inspection can also be made.

2. Cloth incoming inspection

Cloth size, coating and defective goods inspection

Cloth tension strength test

Cloth Color Fastness Test

Rubbing color fastness tester

Perspiration color fastness tester

Washing color fastness tester

Steel tube hardness test

According to different technological requirements, the steel tube hardness shall be controlled within  the scope of 60 degree to 90 degree.
